want to get 18 in. rims need help [Archive]

i just got my evo last week want to buy 18 in. rims but don't know what kind or tire sizes. any suggestions will help. what is the best tire size for 18's so that it won't rub. thank you everybody for any kind of suggestion you have. :D

you can run 18x8.5 30et, 18x9 35et, 18x9.5 40et. how big do you want to go. for most people 18x8.5 30et is the best no rubbing....

I'm running 235/40/18's on ssr wheels: 18x8.5 . No problems

there is a tire size calculator at 1010tires.com that you may find useful
