I get my Ohlins R/T set up on Monday. What spring rates are people using for the track. I got 7kg/mm rear(~400 ftlb)(8" long) and 6kg/mm front (~350 ftlb)(10" long) sitting in a box with the camber plates.

For strictly track use, those springs might be a little soft, but those are what I would choose for track/street duty. Softer springs work well with firmer dampers...

The spings they come with are awesome on the street but are little soft. Also, even though the struts adjust 20 clicks, their is no difference in firmness in the first 10 or 11 clicks. Only the last 9 firmest (clockwise turns) settings will really firm things up.

You could go 7 front/ 9 rear and still have a comparable ride to stock on the street. Going higher will give you a little more on track, but you may start to run out of dampening with the R/T.

That is a good spring rate. Most of the JDM ones are 12 or 13s... too stiff for the street, but good to make your g/f's jubblies do the mambo...
