changed my pads now i hear a slight grinding sound

does the ebrake need to be adjusted after running on really low pads and changing them?

i hear a slight grinding when the car is rolling.

No adjustment neccessary. Did you machine the rotors? Did you go to a more aggressive pad?

got some ferodo pads didnt do anything to the rotors.

The noise is probably due to the pads, assuming you did the job correctly.
