Remove Front Bumper How To?

I Did a search and couldn't find anything on maybe a How To or something to show or Tell me How To remove my front Bumper? I Just got my MR Headlights and want to install them but dont want to damage anything. Any And All help is much Aprtiated(sp) Thanks.

its practically the same as the 8 bumper... only difference is tha cover on the bumper that you need to take off to get to the other 2 bolts...

of course i did...you know me bro. i checked here...only found one for an VIII...then checked EvoM with no luck. anyway...we finally got that shit off...took 3 guys and 4 hours to finally swap my headlights.
