keep in mind that the lift is not the sole factor that determines if you can use your stock valve springs or not. likely it is how aggressive the ramp rate is and when in doubt you most likely need the prings and retainers.

from talking to cosworth and John M. these type of cams require some time to install them (not the same as your usual cams "HKS) have you guys manage any good results with this ?
