There's no easy way. You just have to go at it bolt by bolt.

Remove your radiator to make more room.
You might want to look on evoM for a write up.

It's a lot of work. Make certain you take extra care to reconnect all your oil/water lines tightly so they don't leak.

Here is a step by step guide.

HOW TO (http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=87691)

Before you start though (and keep in mind, I've no idea what your skill level is) you may want to consider having a professional do this.

If you have to ask "how do it..." fom something complex like this, it's probably not something you should be doing. This isn't an oil change, and it's not a 5 thousand dollar disposible car.

Good luck. Make good choices.

you need to remove your dp, and your exhaust manifold!

Once you do those there are a few hoses you have to disconnect from the turbo to the radiator and i believe one oil line.

then you can just drop the turbo w/ the o2 housing on it!

i took my sotck turbo out without removing the radiator. now i installed a new turbo with different manifold and to put that in i DID have to remove the radiator. easiest way(i think)
before hand i would spray on some pb on the manifold nuts and let it sit- because they are known to take the studs with em-

-remove radiator hose
-unbolt downpipe
-remove intake pipe(maybe even uicp to make it easier)
-remove oil feed, and oil drain
-remove both coolant inlets, they will spray water lol
-take off all boost lines turbo, wastegate, etc
-unplug o2 from harness under valve cover(way easier then trying to get it out of the 02housing)
-take manifold/turbo out..dont hit radiator if still in;)

well this is fromt he top of my head..i prolly forgot things or something, but do it at own risk! BTW why are you tsking it out anyways? upgrading?
