everything can be fixed with a hammer and/or heat source

Why is this in the "Advanced" section?
It's more like trouble shooting/Install help.

There are only a few DPs that fit with the ACDs.

The Works system (since they designed their original DPs around an EVO 7.
The new latest/greatest from XS (prior releases rubbed).
RNRs DP (but it requires a funky X-Brace in order to get it to work.

Good luck (and avoid using a hammer if possible).

the only problem is that on the new 05's there equip with ACD, so the DP won't fit ..

The SP downpipe is basically a Helix downpipe.

the Espelier will fit with no problem, it even fits with a thick coat of heat wrap ;)
