Eventual Evo owner - looking for a $22K used

Sup fellas (and ladies)

Here's my situation- I've been looking to buy an Evos for over a year now. I am on ebay, Evom.net and Autotrader every single friggin day looing for a used '03 with a sunroof, either red or black. The catch is I am a fiscally conservative individual, due to the fact that I bought a house in OC and cant afford to splurge on much else. So I've budgeted $22K to buy a used evo. I'll probably need to wait for the IX to come out to snag one that low. I know I am going to get flames about being crazy but so be it.

Has any one else purchased an Evo for less than $22K?

if you're not so picky about color and such...a few are on this site...silver and white i can think of off the top of my head...do a quick search in the ads section.

thanks j_nizzle - but I am not a fan of the Apex silver or WW. I've thought about yellow but think it would be hard to sell if I ever had to sell it.

Its strange how many used silver Evos are out there, but very few red or black.

you want or red or black used evo....most likely will look like shit! those colors are the hardest to keep clean and show every scratch!! :D

Anyone selling theirs for 22K from what I've seen have no warranty left or was voided. Good luck in your search. I'm sure you can find one when the IX comes out since our VIII's will drop down in price.

you're better off going to a dealer auction. you should maybe wait until you get some equity from your house and use that so you can write off the interest or most banks will finance a minimun of 5k so find a nice used one and finance the rest. a 5k loan is gonna run you about 100\mo. I got my 04 with SSlL 10k miles for 26500 OTD
