Muramasa, I cant believe your having problems again...why dont you just drop it off with me for a day or two and let me go through it???? At least come down and let me drive it...free of charge of course O0

Didn't you create a thread with a similar title like just a few months ago? :smitten:

I cant remember. I have short term memory =)..

Sorry everyone for creating this thread... I couldn't find anywhere to rant.

I just hope with the super loud vaccuum cleaner characteristics and 1.3bar boost that its still driveable and it wont blow up the engine.

I feel you at 40,000 miles I am starting to feel the same way about mine, dents, mismatched seats, loud, ride quality sux, door and other panels, and other issues galore. I am developing an evo theory:

the slutty chick theory

Like a slutty chick its a wild and extremely fun ride for a while but sooner or later you get sick of f***ing her...

Todd is the only person who has a real reason to hate his car.

Just wondering, has anyone gotten a lower interest rate than 5%??

Supposedly the P0300 stops at the 03' models correct? Or do the 04's show some symptoms?

my 04 doesn't have the p0300, i've had it for over a year and over 26,000 miles...

Im thinking of doing what everyone said, start new like in a year or less. But my main concern is if any other (current) year models show sign of the misfire code.

04 GSR, 22K
Never had a problem I couldnt fix.
Overall the best car I have ever owned, pretty easy to modify, pretty easy to put back to stock.
no complaints

I love my 03 that just hit 43,000 miles. I still smile everytime I fire it up. It still looks great and runs better than ever because...I paid for paintless ding removal whenever some careless person dinged it...I paid a great body shop ( A. Watkins ) to fix the key marks and other body damage caused by more careless people...I paid the dealer to take care of scheduled maintenance...I paid for the fun and excitement of burning through 4 sets of tires ( at $1000 aand best of all...I paid the team at TT to add a bunch more torque and horsepower.

Ummm it's called ABUSE! and people are A-holes in parking lots! I never park next to anyone yet I still managed to get 2 mysterious dings on my car! Key marks I have one too! Probably some Hater FAG! I'm sorry your Evo is in sad shape! I feel sorry for it... give it some love and attention and it will love you back just like that 1st day you drove it off the lot! Can't you get a standalone to get rid of that code? Dent removal? 10K isn't that much to owe. Everyone is so quick to sell sell sell and get a 9. Fix your car! Save your $$ and then you can rebuild your motor into a beast like Smogrunner!

I have an 03 as well. I have gotten the P0300 code between five or eight times. However, it never seemed to be a big deal. The engine would "hiccup" then continue normally. Also that was when the car had less than 25,000 miles. Since then it hasn't done it anymore; I'm now at 38,000 miles. Four track days, 40+ drag passes, 5,000+/- vacation miles and one incident at a track and the car is still doing great. Take TT up on their offer. Get everything squared away and go from their.
