What percentage is your throttle position at when you're just crusing at say, 70-75 mph, on a straight road? I'm at about 35%, but I used to be closer to 30% before getting tuned. Not really sure why.. :?

My throttle is around 30% at 3000RPM in 4th gear according to my Zeitronix.
