lacr..help please

okay so i went to lacr last night and still learning how to drive my car...this was the out come
rt - .380
I1 - 1.940
I2 - 5.850
I3 - didnt show
I4 - 11.976
ET - 14.472 @94.313

i have a stock 04...what is going on with my car...i might have shifted a little early from 3rd to 4th but cant remember for sure..haha....is the track slow..am i that bad of a driver??..help please

did u launch your car? if so, what rpm were you at? what was track temp? have you practiced launching your car?

It's LACR! You will run slow times. There is a correction factor which equates to about .4 or .5 sec difference between LACR and sea level. So at sea level you would have run about 14.0 flat which really aint' that bad. But you can do better even though you are stock. I have seen bone stock 04 Evos run 14 flat at LACR. Don't be too disappointed...LACR is just slow.

Yes LACR is a slow track, i ran 11.8s @ fontana and the last time i went to LACR i ran a 12.03. That was on my old set up, And when i ran the 12.03 my 60ft was not as good as my 60ft in fontana so it was not the same run.

yes theres a .5 difference, since i used to run low 13's (old car set up) at palmdale... other tracks like Fontana it was high 12's...
you can improve your 60ft times. i know smoggy has ran 1.6-1.7 60ft .. that will improve your et's
