Hello People i am in the Navy stationed in freaking Oklahoma and i am going to be moving to Cali in about 2 months and i have a few questions if any body can help me out it would be great.
1. What are the tint laws out there?
2. What kind of mods can i do to my Evo without being troubled by the PoPo
3. How much do the police proflie cars?

4. What kind of turbo back exhaust is quiet or close to it?

1. no tint on front windows.

2. as long it is not noisy and bling you can get away with it
3. depends where you live

If you are active duty and stationed here then you can do whatever you want to your car as long as its registered out of state.

1. KEEP your OK plates on so you can keep your tint and not get followed as much
2. Works Exhale is nice and quiet also... but pricy
3. Po-po's profile up here in ghey Norcal alot more than Socal - ive lived in both places(Socal rules!)
3. Dont plan on moving back East for awhile cause CA is out of U-Hauls due to the real estate bust coming.. last time I checked a 1-way move back to TX was $4,400 for a 14ft Uhaul! >:(
