i have 4500 miles on my car w/lots of races w/stock clutch power shifting and it still feels pretty good

Well you only got 4,500 miles on the clutch. Still pretty new so it should feel good.

ive seen some post where the clutch didnt even go 3000 before replacing,actually ive know couple people w/ that problem that the clutch goes
