my friend bought me a lil gift for my new car! he got me a blow off valve!! my car is bone stock if i install it well i lose any hp!

Not if you install it properly and if it was made for the Evo.

first off, if you recirculate, you will be fine. In fact, if you plant to get a boost controller, the new BOV will help hold boost better. However, if you vent to atmosphere, you will actually run rich between shifts, and lose a lil power.
