...hehehe, knew that would get you in here. Anyways, LOVE those EVO's. The VIII and the IX are gorgeous cars. Especially in white with the carbon fiber trunk, lip, and hood, lowered on some gold/bronze wheels! It's so easy for you guys to make huge power with your stock turbos and intercoolers. I'm envious...by the way I drive an STi. One of the main reasons why is because I read that the Lancer (totally unsure if they mean the EVO too) got REALLY bad side crash test results. Anyone experience any crankwalk yet or is this a totally different 4g63? Used to want the Eclipse GSX way back when, but crankwalk just doesn't appeal to me. If all goes well, I'll own both an STi and an EVOIX. Just wanted to say- HI!

Oh, and does the EVO in the US come with, or is going to come with, that HELLA nice purplish color that the Japanese do in the EVOVIIIMR? I LOVE that color on the EVO. Oh, but still would prefer white with everything I said up there.

Crankwalk is a really isolated issue. You need to stop reading and believing all the shmucks out there. if youre really worried about side impact you shouldnt be buying a turbo sport compact to begin with.

No purple-grey mica for the US... I thought that was what Blue By You was going to be when I first ordered my Evo.
