Training Wheels is set for start at the Cask N Cleaver, 3757 Mission Rd.* Fallbrook, 760 728 2818.* Rally is $10 per car.* Brunch taco/burrito buffet will be $8 per person and, while not mandatory, is highly encouraged.* doors open at 9am.* novice orientation will be 10:30 - 12:30.* regular registration opens at 12:30.* rally starts at 2pm and we expect to be at a tba finish by 8pm.
