After 9 months, Court dimiss my case and sent me the ticket refund.

Long story short:
Red light not right turn ticket
5-0 gave me ticket after 3 blocks + 2 more turns
I dont like it but will go to jail if I dont sign off the ticket.
go home and write TBD. (arrrr pay first)
TBD goes into Judge.
7 months.
Received letter from court said my case is dismissed. (God knows why).
Also stated will receive my refund within ? days.
2 more months.
Insurance said I got record in DMV and raised my insurance.
Got the refund from court.


SO WTF is wrong with the record in DMV? insurance agent said it must be a point there or something like I didnt go to traffic school or something.

But isnt the case is dimissed? if case is dismissed do I still have to go to traffic school????

I got a ticket in Oregon 1 1/2 yrs ago and it got reported to the Ca DMV. My insurance went up $400 a year. :tickedoff:

I actually like the way he fights terrorism, he tried so hard to protect Amreica.



But can someone please tell him:

Anyway gotta thank Bush for:
Gas price went up, Food price went up, Cable price went up, House rents went up, Tax went up and my Insurance price went up.

I'm in the same boat the due date on my ticket was feb.9 and i still haven't heard sh*t and those bitches have my money. when they want something it like give it now and when they owe you it's like screw you! I HATE COPS!!!!!!!

ok .. went their today and guess what...... 3 hours driving and they asked me for my original ticket.......... WTF it was May 2005 and where am I going to find that ticket ????
