It probably is, but I know plenty of people with no headlights (or inoperable lights) that drove during the day with no problem. Pray it doesn't rain or get dark early...

Yes it is technically illegal to drive with non-operable safety equipment (even if it's during the day).

It would also be illegal to drill through your OEM lights on the driver side and mount a ram air system for your intake.

I have no desire to do this, but is it illeagal to drive without a hood installed on your car? I've seen people do this before...

about the hood thing...when i had an integra GSR and someone backed into me....i had to run no hood for a week till i got the new parts and i got pulled over twice. Both cops told me the same thing....its legal as long as u have a fan shrowd. Well thats wut ive heard im not sure someone might wanna jump into this one.

my brother got pulled over because he only had one headlight on. this was during the day too.
