Got a ticket a while back

Still havnt gone to court for it.. but it was for failure to stop at a stop sign and mod exhaust... i got the amount for the ticket its 219$ i aint paying that ...

1. i did run the stop but it was a rolling stop.
2. my car was turned off and pulled in my drive way

he just was being a punk ... so can i just put on my silencer and get it sign off ? or is it gonna be a problem??

well anyways! i think when he meant for the mod exhaust is to go to the state ref and get it smogged and they sign it off for you there.
