Please help me. Should I get and Evo VIII or Evo X? I found and evo viii for 27,000 out the door. its lowered it has turbo timer, exhaust and boost gauge, intake and bov. is that a good deal?



Or where should I got to get an Evo X? and how much should a good one be? like how much should I expect it to cost?

do you want to wait until possibly 2008? why wouldnt you get a IX for a few thousand more? if its been modded, it is possible that the previous driver drove it pretty hard...

bottom line...that evo was DRIVEN. im sure pretty hard. what evo wasnt. you WILL wait till 08 for a X most likely. So its all in you

dude yea get a new one it would work out for the better, i got a used one for 27,000 out the door and it only had 4000 miles on it. Now at 9,500 miles i have to change the clutch, for some reason the o2 housing bolts fell off the turbo housing, my exhaust note has gotten me pulled over 3 times(BUT NO TICKETS :grin:), and i backfire alot(well this one i like) and it was heavily modified by the previous owner, but im happy (maybe b/c i didnt pay for all this). but still if i could go back i think i would have gotten a new one instead of a used one

A friend of mine works at a Mitsubishi dealer is extremely motivated to move their existing Evo inventory.
