Mira Mesa Evo Meet... June 3rd.... 5pm

whats up guys i just wanna see who would be interested into having a meet in mira mesa since theres a lot of people in mira mesa that have evos but we just didnt realize it.

ive been talking to some people and didnt realize theres so many of us in that one area.

i was thinking we can have our first meet on june 3rd so it will have people to have time so they can figure out there schedule.

i was thinking in the toys r us parking lot since they closed down toys r us and if anyone wants bobalicious and rice king is right there.

so june 3rd at say 5pm we can just hang out and meet everyone.

everyone else is also invited if your not from the mira mesa area.

why did i have to see this post so late!!! i have work starting at 5. but who ele was at the Q last night? i was there having trouble with my crappy tires like usual

i was at the q man was i having bad times also, also with my tires... first time i went out i was 8.6, 8.7 last night fastest i went was a 9.0 then ran 9.2 and 9.3's all night wat a horrible night

Turn out was about the same as the one that Skilmatic put together at the Miramar go-kart place. It was pretty chill. Hopefully we get more involvment with the SD people next time around.

the first meet was wat i expected not that much evos but 2 subies and a supra came out so it was good and fun just chillin with you guys there and we'll definatly do it again to bad some people said they were going to go but didnt come but its still all good.

next one will prolly be in july except if you guys are down to do one earlier this time i'll see what everyone thinks if not i'll just pick another date.

and for the time think yea i think we'll do it an hour later because it was still pretty hot outside. 6 or 630 would have been probably alot cooler

That was a chill meet. Nice to meet everyone. We need to spread the word to more cars, looks like a mixed car meet is our best option for big turnouts.

Stuff happens like that. The whole "should've, would've, could've" seems to be the case. We definitely need to get the word spread out more along with more involvement with other fellow evo owners here in the SD area. Getting past the default "just go to the Fuzion meets" is what i think is the biggest obstacle in terms of building up something more exclusive to evo owners. As of now, a mixed car meet seems to be the best option.
