The point of the 20 post count minimum is understood.
However, it's not hard to make 20 posts in the first few days or weeks.
UltraCris made 170 posts before noon one day.
I would like to suggest that the 20 post count be raised to 30 or 50
AND that there be a membership age requirement of 1-2 months.
I believe the majority of fly-by-night PMC posters are driven with some ugency to sell their parts. Forcing them to wait will either discourage them from using/abusing the forum or at the very least encourage them to contribute something before they post. In addition this requirement would allow members who simply don't post, but have held membership for long periods of time to post if the requirement were time based rather then a numerical count.
