it says a one off effort, so im guessing that its not for sale, and if it was, we'd all have to pool our resources to buy it

i know its a one effort...but we're asking for the price that it would go for. or possibly the price to build it. haha

IIRC, it's a special built for a guy in the Far East that wanted the ultimate trackday car. I think it cost $250K or more. A lot of the items on it are available on a special Exige in the UK (which I think is also coming to the US). This one-off was featured in CAR and EVO mags...

Let's see.... That looks close to the batmobile, but probably something Robin would drive. So it's the Robinmobile.

Blaze

You can see the brake and clutch pedal in the picture bro.
The gas is the on/off button toware the base fo the floor.
(You just jam it with your heel).

The car goes fast or not at all. O0

I don't see the gas pedal but it has a sequential shifter so no clutch pedal is required.

no clutch... acknowledged the absence of the gas pedal... now what about brakes... DON'T TELL ME IT DON'T NEED NO STINKIN BRAKES NOW!!! LOL

It might be a special one with hand controls for a disabled person. Alex Zanardi has similar controls on his 320i racecar in the Euro Touring Car championships (he has no legs for non-race fans out there).

gas, brake on 2 buttons

maybe the brake button is on the steering wheel. haha

i dont like the idea of the gas pedal...or should i say button. lol. i'd rather have a pedal. and plus, that button looks unconfortable to keep your foot on =/

i'm not buying it... doesn't look very functional there... especially since they're at a 90 degree angle from the flooring of the car... how functional is that/ really now?

Chris in SD
06-26-2006, 01:54 PM
If you click the link, the same pic Mark posted (but in 1280 res) is there and you can see clearly that they are pedals. Maybe the guy is really short that commissioned it and wanted them there. Lotus built it specifically for one guy.

I saw that but looked like they were way far up... like too high to rest your heel on the floor so i thought they were something else. I guess i was wrong heh

those pedals look uncomfortable...your feet are just going to be in the air and then your legs are going to get tired
