would you guys be interested in doing a mini meet on wednesdays at adams kart track?? we will be leaving the shop at around 5:30 to go over there. the cost is 20 for 12 laps. its fun and the keep super accurate records so bragging rights are up for grabs.

I'm gonna try to go there tomorrow. been really busy at work but I'll try to sneak out early.

It's generally evo enthusiasts when we hit up In N Out.
But anyone is welcome.

Breakout meets, installs and tune sessions are generally internal (invite only). So you'd need to know someone and/or introduce yourself to the group on a night we gather up.

Regular 909 Meets are held every Monday at the In N Out in Ontario, just off the 15 and Millikan. The local mini-meets are really just the 3-5 local guys that randomly get together to do random things.

The San Bernardino Meets are comprised of the SB locals. We still meet up however we've expanded beyond In N Out runs and now focus on other items such as auto detailing sessions, tuning, Sushi runs, Photo shoots and of course we still like In N Out.

There is no set time or date for these meets. We get together when we need help with something or get hungry/bored. The Ontario Meets occur on a regular/predictable basis each Monday. If you're looking for more then 5-8 heads, try the OC meets (those are the largest).

Okay, well basically the mini meets here are not scheduled nor are they predictable.

For example, one could happen in the next 15 minutes if someone people started showing up at my house for car washes, tunes, pizza or to play GT4 on the big screen.

Then for two weeks, nothing.....

Then someone gets an idea to do a photoshoot at the local sushi bar. A call list is activated through cell phones, PMs and IMs and away we go, another SBD meet.

THAT's what I mean by random/unplanned/unscheduled.

So if you have an idea to do something or you need help with something locally, post it up and let the chaos consume you.

Does anyone go to the meets at the SB in & out on wensday nights? I went down there today and there was a black evo 8 and a couple of other ok cars. My friend was telling me theres usually a lot of good cars there.

I usually go to those... meh theyre okay..... not usually any evos are wrx's... mainly a buncha drifter guys and some hondas. Many times cops have come to kick us all out. Quite a few people there i know from back in highschool.

I didnt go last night cause i have an exam to study for. Maybe ill cya there next week tho.

Well, that was kind of cool.
Tom picked me up and we went to a larger drifter meet.

People seem to like the car for whatever reason.
I was more into an FC. Some nice 350s showed up and there were several Sil-80s.

Tom has this enormous flame come out the rear of his car now.
He's like the freeking bat-mobile.

It's just a few locals who go. They really get excited when a clean WRX or Evo pop in.

Lets get the list going!!! C2 Auto is a great place to hang out talk cars, open parking lot, Hassle free from cops (if there is no idiotic behavior). I've worked with C2 Auto for quite some time now and havent found any import tuner shop nearby that comes close to their prices, great hospitality & service, and hard to find JDM products. The area is excellent to go cruising with plenty of places to eat nearby. Hope to see you guys there!

SBD has between 8 and 14 active evos. And when we pull together with Ontario, we can easily rival the OC.
That said, I hope that not everyone will show up.

This should be a quiet meet/greet event. Come, bring a friend, buy some coffee, sit down and chill for a bit.

As the meets grow, we're bring back the raffles, move to more exciting locations, do tofu runs, movie nights, tune and detail sessions....really the sky is the limit.

Last week we had 6 plus peeps come out.
(some of them even brought their evos)

Let's keep up the momentum and see if we aren't breaking double digets by the beginning of November.

Guys, this last San Bernardino meet was hot with cops. The police blocked off the entire Sam's Club parking lot. They had other police bikes across the parking lot and near the free way entrance (not to mention a helicopter). They had everyone pop their hoods! They pulled over anyone who pulled into the meet and anyone who left. A couple of the new evo guys were pulled over. It was sad to see 4 240sx's and a 350z try to creep out. They tried, but 4 cop bikes chased them out. It was funny cause a 1g eclipse guy was running a 60 trim turbo and he convinced the cop he was stock. The cop asked him what "blitz" was (his intercooler). He said it was his radiator, lol. We were lucky because we came down in my friend's stock evo. It was pathetic seeing these cops not fighting crime in San Bernardino a street a way. They rather fill their quotas because it is the end of the month.

Yeah, I was heading down to Jeff (500WHP) to drop off a payment.
I cracked the radiator in my M, so I have to drive the evo around for a few days.

I heard about the meet. I rolled in around 830 and there was no one there, so I left.
Thank goodness.
I heard a rumor (and this is going to sound dumb) that some guy in an evo killed his GF so now the cops are targetting us. I heard the rumor from a guy in a blue WRX, so maybe Tom...err...uh...that guy will site his source.
