A couple of weekends ago, I saw the same white R33 but with him, I saw a bright red R34. The were on MacArthur and Bison headed towards the 73 freeway. I wonder who they are... :?

Yeah, they were definitely cruising (not racing) and man, the sound of those RB26DETT motors were to die for. Even the sound of the BOV on the R34 was amazing!

YES!!!! THAT'S THEM!!!!! Good find, dawg!!!! There's no mistaking that those were the two cars I saw. Are they exotic car owners too? (as if those weren't exotic enough)

if u guys want to see like 10+ r34's and 5 thousand r33's go to RB motoring's warehouse....there are lots of them there :)

also the Crystal Cove exotics meet every saturday morning occasionally has single turbo Supra's and r33's r34's there......along with saleen s7tt!!

Sam will be glad to hear this, and I never thought I would say it, but I am sort of "over" Skylines.Â* Realistically, Evos are faster, cheaper, more practical, etc.Â* Skylines really are cool only because they are so uncommon here.Â* Also, only R33s are legal in the US anymore.

As for Crystal Cove, I tried to tell you guys about it a LONG time ago - I posted a ton of threads for meeting there back when I was still in CA.Â* Still, I'm glad you guys are finding out.Â* The other cool thing about CC besides the exotics is when the manufacturers bring "new" cars there - I saw the first F430 Spider in the US, the first Range Rover Sport, the first new Miata, a Mitsu Colt, etc. there.

The thing with skylines tho is its so easy to get over 1000hp out of the engine, you could do the same with a supra, but its gonna handle like shit and skylines have crazy computer controlled awd. But yea 80-100 tho for an r34 is a fucking lot.

Its easy to get a 1000hp out of any engine if you have the money. its not as though the skyline is cheap to build. The supra can be made to handle by the way, just most people choose not too. Im with Chris on this one, the skyline is an overrated Japanse car that got its glory from the media and JDM junkies that think being jaydeegay is cool.

Has anyone ever been on www.modifiedcartrader.com ??? I have seen some Skylines for sale on this site. I saw a R33 for $33k (U.S. Legal) on this site 2 months after I bought my Evo. I am still happy that I have my Evo, but if I would have known about the site before.... Who knows....

there is a guy that lives right down the street from me he has an r32 an r33 and 2 s15's

they are parked outside no garage just car covers only sometimes and its relatively small fenced yard.....amnazing they are still there, i would be scraed to death to have those and no garage.

this has to be one of the most ridiculous things i have ever read on this site....

1.) like same said, it is easy to get 1000hp out of cars given you have the money, when was the last time you got a car to 1000hp? do you do that often? if so, i have an 03 corolla i'd like for you to hook up.

2.) the supra vs skyline comparison has always been there. just because a rwd car has so much hp doesnt mean it will handle like shit. that is entirely up to the builder and how they build the car. the bugatti veyron has 1000hp, jeremy clarkson on top gear seemed to like the handling and never said "it handled like shit"

3.) 80-100 (thousand $ im assuming you meant) is the price you would probably pay to get a fully modified skyline. if you're thinking about registration costs and such, i doubt it would get that high for a stock r34.

There's a guy in San Diego that has an R33 and an R34. Thay both look badass. The R33 is his daily driver.

Those are some sweet pics. I still like Skylines, but I am realistic about their "place" in the car world. I think the new GT-R is going to be pretty damn sweet.

aparently he just has a few put in a container and ships em over here, at least thats hear say...i dont the guy personally but he's an older asian guy...lives on cerritos..

im too scared to step onto his property those cars have been sitting there with no garage no problems .....im thinking reallly big dog or really big gun.
