Yay! My 4th Modified Exhaust ticket!

My 3rd modified exhaust ticket on Sunset Blvd. on Sunset Strip, my 4th total. I think these Sherriff's will soon know be by name!

wow, it seems like everyone is getting exhaust tickets. Ive been driving on my espelir which is loud as all hell and havent been bothered in the year ive had it. Is this a fixit ticket?
