I have emailed him before (This was a couple years back.) And he did reply. He helped formulate a better TBD to fit my exactly situation. I believe it took him 1-2 days to get back to me though. After the initial delay, he was quite responsive...

Yes same thing for me. I paid via paypal about a week back and have sent an e-mail asking when I will get access and no response.
