The next couple of weeks will be tryouts for new locations.

We can hold this week at Irvine and culver and see if everyone likes it.
If not we can move it to another local until we find something everyone likes and the atmosphere is good.

Irvine/tustin is the central location for most people in OC.

We have people coming from La Paz and Liguna Niguel.

we are trying to make it fair for everyone. :coolsmiley:

Personally I vote for Beach Burger (formerly Bravo burger) in HB. They dont have a thursday meet there...

Beach Burger is a good meet spot, at least for wednesdays for the motorcycle groups, and they have a VW day as well. Food isn't bad there, and there are other places to eat, plus a place next door to shoot pool also. All close by, and its up the street from HB mitsubishi as well.

Ok, it looks like you go 4 miles up the freeway from the Beach offramp to get to the 405/605 interchange. Thats Long Beach and thats LA.

Or its 4 miles to Irvine or maybe a few more to Anaheim or Orange which is the heart of OC. Just cause you guys decided to move over into scary pod people suburbia away from everywhere else you get mad when people say an area that is freeway and beach close, and is a fairly cool place to hang. Our motorcycle group has been going there for several years. Name a meeting spot for Evos that has gone that strong in that timeline in OC...

Someone asked for suggestions I gave one that I know to be good. If y'all dig it, cool if not I am sure there are other places that can be sought after. What *I* would do though is approach any site's restaraunts and let them know you are thinking about having a meet night at their location, and want them to sponsor it, such as group rates on food and drinks, and get buy in from other places nearby. Let them know you are bringing people in to support their business. if you present it in those terms you will be amazed at how receptive owners can be.

Remember it only takes one business owner in the group to get pissy and wreck it for everyone. We had that situation in Cerritos where one business had all our motorcycle clubs chased out even though we provided A LOT of business for the restaraunt owners, some specialty shop was bitter that there was no parking for their customers... Even though it was the last hour for their place to be open. It was lame, and it was very very stupid and the restaraunts were unhappy but lesson learned.
