^correct. verizon and sprint dont take sim cards. this is why we're stuck with the phones htey offer to us, not the good stuff from europe and asia.

for those with att/cingular and tmobile, you can buy an unlocked phone and just simply put in your sim cards and youre good to go.

for the verizon and sprint owners, you would need to buy a deactivated verizon/sprint phone and go to the store and have them do it for you...that service is free of charge but you have to wait lol. long ass line 24/7 at the verizon store.

i have 2 sidekick 3's for sale..but its set up for t-mobile...it does take a sim card though

make me a offer...i got it befor they came out...so its a first generation sidekick 3, it has some minor problems that are known by t-mobile but they wouldnt help me out...sometimes the screen will freeze and you have to reset it, and occasionally you hear an echo when talking to people (also a problem tmobile knows about but didnt care to help me with)
