View Full Version : Need a TBD template for easy eyeball speeding ticket!!

Being a little lazy, I read through the sample TBD's posted and can pick out parts.Â* But was wondering if anyone had a template for my case that won.Â* I think this will be very easy to beat.-

I got a weak 75 in a 65mph speeding ticket by a motorcycle cop without radar or pacing!Â* He basically eyeballed it and wrote 75 in a 65 since my car "looked" faster than all the other cars passing me etc.Â* I was slowing to take an exit while merging traffic was passing me to get on the freeway.Â* Anybody have a TBD template for a speeding ticket without radar or pacing?Â* I've also dragged this on over 6 months..hopefully the cop will forget the facts!..haha

Well, after thinking about it a bit, you could treat it as pacing. I would check out ticket assassin. he's helped me out a couple times and it's a small cost up front cosidering what you could end up paying...

cool, thanks for the info.Â* I don't think the beech had time to pace me, I saw him getting on the freeway from far away, and finally caught up to me when I was on the exit ramp..this was all in about 5 seconds with a lot of cars around us.
