They should've have included such a scary vaguely worded warning in the box. It's basically anonymous usage statistics and statistics gathered for the IN-GAME leader boards and rankings/awards.

Panties are okay to unbunch now :)

I bought the game. addicting as hell... no issues with the spyware but when you first open the box theres a piece of paper notifying you of the so called "spyware"

Havent had any performance issue as of yet.
