Is there a new, lower max. PM limit with the new server? I tried to respond to a new PM and it wouldn't let me due to "max. PM limit." So I deleted a dozen PMs and it still wouldn't let me send on reply? Do I have to clean out my whole PM box or what?

PM's have been limited at 400 max..

It might be the person yer sending the PM to has max PMs.
