After the first track day, you will most likely boil your stock brake fluids, finish off most if not all of your front brake pads, put on lots of tire wear but have some tread left, and go through 1 or 2 tanks of gas.

This is your first time? Dont worry, there will be plenty of people who can help you out. If anything, youre going to eat up your tires quite a bit. O0 Well, if its your first time you also proly wont be driving your car to its limits so you actually wont see that much wear & tear.

i havent track in a while... so its been more then 3 months if youre referring to me.. and like i said, i wasnt sure since the last time i met some one at the track with a IX and GG was a guy that was a beginner...
and i only drove the Hello kitty car for 2 laps and no one passed me till the end which was a Bmw M3 raced out ! as i was pulling into the pits (getting yelled at for hitting short cuts at the track isnt fun LOL )

pissed me off too.. i ran a 30.6 in the first session trying to learn the bowl and chicane.. yellow car ran a 29.8.. so i figure with the street tires i have like one lap to put up a good time, so i kicked some rider out of the car and put up a 29.6.. fricken yellow car goes 28 something..

looked at my tires and the tread was coming off so i threw in the towel.

i was cracking up with mueller cause we can all relate to 'no matter how big the handicap.. you must ALWAYS beat the girl'.. she drove great.. did you guys notice another chick driving a lotus there on sat/sun?.. she better not have beaten me too!
