Great tip! Maybe they were pullin people over cars for not yielding to pedestrians cuz there's a million crosswalks along that street.

About 3 weeks ago, they had a mobile smog checkpoint setup along Washington Blvd. in Venice/Marina del Rey :tickedoff:
