Did a quick search and didn't see this anywhere, anyone know where you can find them? are they public record? I would really like to know when the most recient ones of the roads by my house were taken and what they said. The speed limits have to be artificially low, becuase the road is so wide and open I can't imagine it's that low for any other reason.

you do understand how vague that sounds right? I know the court has them on file, but not sure if I can ask for them. wonder if temecula has a public records office.

It's not really that vague. There's only a small handful of city offices so you can easily just pick one & ask if your in the right place.

Here in Temecula, your probably going to have to visit somewhere over by the offices off Winchester but if you dont want to go in person, you can always start with http://www.cityoftemecula.org/

And a city is required to keep it's public information availible to the public by law & by definition if you think about it... But your most likely going to need to goto the specific department office to get whatever info your looking for, not a general public records office.

try giving the city a call (general info line or clerks office to verify the following)...but I believe the clerks office at the city should be able to pull out and copy public available records like traffic and engineering surveys for a very small fee...
