NA cosplayers make their costumes out of tin foil, paperclips/staples, and construction paper. JP cosplayers spend hundreds on their getups it seems doesn't it? Cosplay is JP onry!!

...I have done the Anime Expo in Anaheim for the last 2years...there are some creative people out there and then there are people that really do not have the funding to create the costume they like...but overall the general attitudes with these kids is great...
