Servicing for Evo at dealer

I am taking it in soon, going to where i purchsed my 05 evo, now with 20,000 miles, El Cajon Mitsu, I heard mixed things about them, anyone have any personal experience? or just tips when taking my car in, what to expect? questions to ask, if any? thanks peoples, open to all suggestions or comments
