First of all I would like to thank two tuners in the making of my new sweet tune. Alfred @ Tuning Technologies for the on dyno tips and John @ Jestr Tuning for giving me a pretty solid baseline map. O0

322 whp and 332 ft lbs @ 23lbs of boost on 91 oct

Now to the details...please keep in mind that all these dyno pulls were done on 76 Brand 91 Oct...

Please note the three run files:

Run file 1 (Blue) was on a baseline map from Vishnu Tuning for 05 v390 kit.
Run file 10 (Red) was on a Dyno tuned piggyback map by Alfred @ Tuning Tech

The Mods for these above runs are as follow:
-Xede Piggy Back
-K&N Drop-in Air Filter
-APS Dual Vent Blow off valve
-AMS 3" (Catted) Turbo Back Exhaust
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump
-HKS 272i/264e Camshafts
-Vishnu Cam Gears (-3i/-3e)

Run file 15 (Green) was on a the Alfred assisted top end/Road tuned Jestr M1 low and mid range map

The Mods for this run are all of the above with these changes:

-ECU Flashed ECU
-Slow Boy Racing MBC @ 23lbs in place of the stock solenoid
-Greddy V-Spec Intercooler in place of stock Intercooler
-Horsepower freaks Lower Intercooler Pipe
-HKS 272e Camshaft in place of the HKS 264e
-ARP Headstuds

These are the gains from the baseline to the new flash and some of my tinkering on ECU Flash:
Low End / Peak Torque
57 whp & 80 ft lbs @ 3700 RPMs

Mid Range
48 whp & 46 ft lbs @ 5300 RPMs

High End / Peak whp
38 whp & 29 ft lbs @ 7100 RPMs

Here is my datalog using the LMA-3 (MAP sensor) and Openport (OBD-II) plug-in with Innovate Motorsports Logworks2 logging software. (http://innovatemotorsports.com/products/tactrix.php")

Here is the comparison from the tune I had on my car when I stepped into Tuning Technologies this morning and the end result with Alfred's guidance.

Gained 16 whp and 12 ft lbs by adding some timing and richening up the fuel at the top end O0

322 whp and 332 ft lbs never looked so stock...i think... O0

Alan,
Great writeup. I wish we could have slightly better resolution on your graphs. But it looks like you are good to go now, especially with your torque numbers.

The resolution is good....just that this site makes big images look like crap....right click the image....and copy the image location, then put it in the address bar and bam a good image shows up...

It was on pump gas. It says so at the top of the post by the OP.
