there's also a motorcycle cop with the new Honda bike that i saw yesterday, he gave out 3 tickets while i was eating at el pollo loco on la palma and valley view.

First of all the BP Mall is hardly ever busy..lol...if it was for walmart or the theatre you would never see anyone there...second, we wont be parking at the mall, we will be meeting across the street from the mall in the Kohls parking lot.
