He'd driven up to Oxnard to drop off some parts and I said I'd fill up his tank.

So I'm pulling out for In N Out Burger/Sams when I spot a cop on a bike sitting with his lights off
I pull up to the light with my new TI exhaust blaring. Think it can smell the lack of cat? (probably)
The light turns green and the car in front of me won't move. I lay on the horn and he does.
Rev up, go, hiissss goes the turbo, swoosh goes a VTA valve and flicker goes the blue lights.

"Do you know the reason I pulled you over tonight?"

"The big wing?"

"No, your exhaust is way too loud.

"Yeah, titanium will do that."

"Do you have any modifications done under the hood?"

"Any chance you'd believe it's stock?"

"Go ahead and pop your hood"

Okay so we’re at 10 pages. Before this becomes the OC chatter box, I’ll finish the darn story.

So when last we left off, our hero (that’s me) was pulled over by the evil bike cop. I probably could have our run him. I probably could have backed over him. I probably could have done a lot of things to get me into a heap amount of more trouble then I was already in. But here I was standing in front of my car with the hood open, preparing for the mother of all rapes while a flock of on lookers gawked at me from the In N Out Parking lot.

For the next 20 minutes we went over the car. I explained the car just like I do at shows. He actually seemed impressed and commented that this car was not like the normal crap that he pulls over and it’d had really be built thoughtfully. (not his exact words, but close) We bull shitted about this and that, he started yacking about his friends Nova and I went on about my 65 mustang. Then he asked about where I race. I told him about the bad experience I had running a time attack and that I really only show the car now. I pointed to my recent Falken Show Off stickers on the window. He asked why I had it out now, I said I had to shed off a half gallon of fuel before I trailered it up to San Mateo.

And then, he let me go and said, "Don't drive like an idiot."
