Viper 5900 Alarm LED issue

I just installed my viper 5900 alarm.

The LED light keeps flashing whether the car is armed or not. It's pretty annoying as it keeps flashing.

Does anyone know how to disable the LED Status light when the alarm is disarmed? I'd like it to only flash when the alarm is armed. I've looked over the wiring and everything is where it should be, I'm looking at the install menubut can't really find anything on how to program it. Any help here?

I doubt it's the install as the problem. It's fairly basic, the LED plugs are plugged into the 2 pin socket. I'm thinking it might be a programing issue, but i haven't come across any programming sequences for the LED light.

i tried the entering and exiting valet mode shit. when im in valet mode, the light stays on solid. then when i exit, that bitch keeps flashing.

I had the same alarm on the Evo and never had any issues with it in the 15 months of owning the Evo...so it was definitely not a programming/product error.
I had the remote start as well, but I had to use the 2nd set of key to put it in the ignition box.

My LED will only blink when the car is armed and locked, and it will blink in sequence when the sensor(s) have been disturbed until you put the key in and start the car. The trunk release option is nice and definitely a must if you have this alarm IMO.

once the alarms been triggered, how do you reset the LED light with the remote? I don't want that fucker blinking at all times when im driving and i dont want to have to reset it by disconnecting the battery again.
