I called and wanted to make an appt for a retune, a couple more mods and to discuss options with Alfred. Might be too late now and have to wait until I'm in town next time.

Hey Chris,
Sorry to hear about the delay. Alfred is, by far, the busiest guy at the shop. My suggestion is to call 'til someone answers the phone, which usually happens on the first or second try. The shop has added additional help in the front office with Paul (Evo8you) and has just hired a new master mechanic which should free Alfred up a little bit.

I know they are doing their best and growing pains are inevitable. Alfred contacted me yesterday so I know he is doing his best to get everything caught up.
