BACON, CHEESE AND BEER DOG

Ingredients:
1 hot dog
1 slice of thick-cut bacon
1 can of spray cheese
1 can beer (It doesn't matter what kind, but we recommend something dark. Corona probably isn't a good idea)
1 cup flour
Oil for frying

Instructions:
This one is a little work-intensive, so be ready to buckle down. First take the center out of the hot dog with an apple corer, if you have access to one. If not, just cut out the middle with a knife. Fill the cavity with the spray cheese and use the hot dog you removed from the middle as a cap to keep the cheese in. Wrap the bacon around the hot dog and deep-fry for two to four minutes or until bacon is cooked. Dab them dry with a paper towel (so the batter will stick). Mix the beer with the flour until it reaches a thick, but lump-free consistency. Dip the dogs in the batter, coating the dog completely, and deep-fry on high heat for two to three minutes or until brown and deadly.
NOTE: Don't fry them too long or all of the cheese will explode out into the oil. That's very bad.

Awesome bbq man, good to finally meet you... P.S. Here is the info on getting a CCW I promised:

1) Go to the counties' sheriff department that you reside in (Mine was the Orange County Sheriff Department). Fill out the paperwork and schedule an interview.


2) Get interviewed by the Sheriff Department, they basically ask why you want a CCW and you have to provide a reasonable answer. Reasonable answers include:

- Own a business, need protection (must show them your business license).

- Carry a shitload of cash or valuables frequently (must show them deposit slips or transport papers for valuable material like jewelry or stuff like that).

- You MUST be an avid shooter (shoot frequently) and you should have reputable people vouch for you like a rangemaster or a shooting range owner or even a law enforcement officer who knows you.

- Best reason is to have or have had a restraining order against someone (must provide proof).


3) Provide the Sheriff Department with 3 "Letters of Character". These are letters from people that know you (cannot be family) that say that you are of a sound mind and that they have no objection against you being issued a concealed weapon permit. Be sure to get them from reputable people. I got my 3 from the Mayor of my town, a very well known psychiatrist, and the owner of the shooting range I shoot at... these are very powerful letters from powerful people.

4) Wait for a response from the Sheriff Department (Will take anywhere from 2 weeks all the way to 4 months to get this response). When you get the response, if it's a small letter you're fucked... if it's a big envelope then you're golden.

5) The letter you receive will tell you to take the training, get qualified (part of the training), have your gun inspected by the sheriff armorer, then go in and have your fingerprints run (livescan).

6) Do all the above and get a letter that your fingerprints are clear, then you can go down to the Sheriff Department and have your permit made up. {thumbup}

Long and arduous process.... but it's so worth it. :D
