Not that ANY other members have problems with moderators or other members on here. Granted Ryan has been on the irritating side to me as well, but I can see that for a crapload of people on here. Some of the mods on here get drunk on the little power they wield here though. Other sites I have been to would have yanked the mod powers for half the crap I have seen. Whichever...I just accept it as part of the price of being here. I acknoweledge it, but by no means do I condone or respect it.

But in all seriousness, if it's not me sending you a 2 page, detailed explanation on how and why things happen the way they do, such as: why a thread gets locked, why one of your posts are deleted when you post whore, or why you get banned when you make personal attacks, it's another moderator. You make your rounds to anyone who will listen to you.

I wouldnt say Blaze has been nice on here. If he understood the issues he gave me with being an asshole to my girlfriend, and how some of his actions look to other that arent privy to the moderators forums he might rethink some of them...especially if he is as nice of a guy as you say he is. His actions though define him. I doubt seriously he would say or do the things he has in the past if it were in person....

Sticking a thread that a person started into the specialists thread so its not deleted but he can no longer post or see it, would be defined as a "dick move". Ryan certainly has gotten on my nerves before, but there are times when the points he make, albeit in not such a nice manner, are still valid.

that's an entire different issue. An this should be something that all the mods should do. There's a lot of times that it becomes a PITA to deal with Sig's and avatars (reason why the option to view them was created)
Since some members will be ok if a mod removes the sig or avatar, others will create a thread about it. Even if you decided to send them a warning or a reason why isn't acceptable, some will not remove it.
After a while it can be very tiring trying to pm or issue everysingle member that you encounter with this problem. So removing it becomes easier than sending a pm with an explanation to read the forum guidelines.
Even so time after time trying to correct every single member you encounter in socal can be a huge task.

Well if you are going to move it to talking about sigs, a sig file should be kept simple and easy. Having big graphics for a sig file is kinda like wearing a large cod piece over a 2" long penis. Its big and unecessary. Its also just a matter of respect to others that read your posts to police yourself and put a small one...preferably without graphics but if you have to do one make it small and to the point.

Goes back to the old days of when you "finger" someone online and they have a huge signature it locks that persons connection up and fills it with garbage. Its funny, but after a while its just lame.
