They installed my camshafts, injectors, head studs and fuel pump. I got my car tuned on 91 and 110. ON 91 pump I made 345.45 whp and 331.56tq on 22pounds of boost. And on 110 I made 388.23whp and 364.10tq. Alfred said if my boost controller didn't limit the boost to 25 pounds he could of gotton over 400whp on 110.

from your list it seems that you have an VIII, correct? since HKS doesnt make or hasnt release there cams on the IX.
From what it seems, the green turbo is showing excellent results...

Hey Alex, we can always preload the wastegate arm even more than it is now and raise the minimum boost pressure. This will allow us to boost higher with the EVC along with the offset function. Lets get those parts together that we spoke about and re-tune her. Once we get the boost dialed this thing will easily hit 400+whp and 11second time slips. :mitsu:

3. Every car is different
4. Mr. Birdie made 375, not 380
5. Even with all that, the discrepency is pretty big, but a hundred little things can cause it. 1 psi of boost can make a huge difference. Exhausts that neck down at flanges vs. real 3" ones, thin oil vs thick, weight and size of wheels and tires, spark plugs, cam gears, quaility of 91, humidity, an nicely broke in motor vs abused, etc.

ah you mean GSC S1 cams and not cossie cams ..
the IX does make a difference (Mivec) Also Mr. Birdie has upgraded FMIC (not sure if this is the case for the 05 )
Also Mr. Birdie had the rally cat, vs the other car (from the mods listed might not!
Im sure all this different things add up at the very end.

she made arpund 345whp and 335 tq on 91 pump
on race map, she was in the mid 360's range.. which is where the 20gLÂ* shines as it seems to make a good amount of power on race map...
then again she wasnt running c-16 or leaded fuel but unleaded 100 and no upgraded FMIC.

Please don't take any of these questions as knocking the car. I am just genuinely curious, as 30 whp (even given all the variables Tom pointed out) is still a decent gap.

No, the car was not knocking very much at all. The car had an upgraded WGA and EBC, which didnt quite allow the boost to hit as hard as it could have down low. We should be able to equal things out a bit more once we get everything working together.

I'll wait on swaping the cams, It seem like the GSC S1 cams are good enough for me. Plus no one has really dyno a evo 9 with just GSC S1 cams yet on 91. So far everyone has been doing cossworth cams instead. My comparison doesn't count since I am running a Green turbo.

Smoggy! I'm sorry for killing you, I'm getting tuned this coming saturday with the AMS VSR intake and WOT 65mm ported TB. This will be only on 91 octane, But I promise you i'll be back with upgrade actuator and C-16 race map!
