1. Unclip the 2 plastic wiring loom retainers. This will allow easier access to the wiring loom. Slice through the ribbed plastic sheathing, or if you are patient, undo all of the electrical tape surround the wires.

2. Find the O2 sensor wire and drag it out of the ribbed plastic sheathing. Take the O2 sensor wiring and wrap some electrical tape and/or ribbed plastic sheathing around the O2 sensor wires. Once you have done so, you can route the O2 sensor wires between the valve cover and the upper intercooler pipe down to the O2 housing. Be careful not to allow the wires to snag on anything such as vacuum lines, radiator fans, BOVs, etc.
Re wrap the original wiring loom with some electical tape and put things back as they were.

^^Sure....I will have to let my graphic designer handle this though since I am not Photoshop inclined.

That wire coming up through and between the manifold and heat-shield can't be good for it. Let's see how long the harness last. :uglystupid2:

^^I didn't think it would last either, but the only part that got "heat-shrunk" was the 1/2 inch or so from the EGT probe. Its been that way for over 10k miles.
