I don't feel like driving all the way to Irvine, yeah I know it's only a 45 minute drive, but it's 45 minutes more than I'd care to drive.

As far as the Race/Lunch thing goes, I don't have the time off to do that, I work on Camp Pendleton, and it's too far with my lunch.

I guess we should start a list. If y'all don't know the pricing, it's $20 per race and a race is 14 laps, the also have a special for $50 for 3 races.

I would drive to Irvine if there was going to be a garunteed amount of people for one of the Grand Prix's, I would definitely go for that. I don't feel like setting that up though, like I said I'm not familiar with the area.

K1 Irvine address is :

If you guys want the Grand Prix then it will be $60.0 per person but that consists of 16 lap practice, 14 lap qualifying and 16 lap final. That is a lot of racing and obviously a grid start for the race. A lot of fun if you ask me.

On the other hand, if you just want to go for fastest lap, we always go for the 3 for 2 deal on Mondays and Tuesdays for $40 bucks. That is 14 laps every single time but is not a grid start. Any other day is $50.00 as mentioned earlier.

I think we need at least 8 for the grand prix so let's build up the list. As far as time and date, it can be as early as this monday or tues at 7PM. Let me know your preferences. I will let the 626 know about this so there can be a good turnout.

we should have some sort of racing pool. everyone chips 5 bucks into the hat 1st place 60% 2nd place 30% and 3rd place 10%. i think that would make it fun and competitive.

The "Challenge GP" is what I've wanted to enter for several months (up at Irvine). They combine both tracks for these races. These only happen once a month (today actually). But the 7th at carlsbad sounds fun.
