Ok everyone the LBcrew cruise #3 is on!!! origional cruise was GMR but with all the recent accidents and all the heat it's attracting we are canceling that runÂ* :buck2: .Â* We are heading up Angeles Crest and taking a different route there is a small restaurant on the way up there we can grab some grub and continue up the crest.Â* This time if this isn't too early we are leaving the LB spot 8am sharp! Last time we left around 9:30 and there was too much traffic heading up the crest so let's try and avoid this and get going earlier.

Just a fair warning, I wouldn't go up because of the sting operation they had on Sunday. They purposely blocked off the Mt. Baldy Rd. to divert traffic to Azusa where all the cops were waiting, and that is exactly how my friend got his ref ticket.

The pic there is on the way up = lots o switch backs and it ends up high in the pines - very cool in the summer. Only problem - you eoither have to start in Hemet or near Morongo.... Not a short ride for you LB guys. From my house in Anaheim - about a 45 minute drive to the start....

That's one hell of a mount!!

I usually just make my own (much smaller) mount for my bullet cam because it's the size of a tube of lipstick. lol

Here's the cam I have:

Nice seeing everyone. Had a great time today, lot of fun. Even though the drive down sucked because of those three motorcycles. The one guy looked like he had just taken the training wheels off his bike. They should have moved out of our way, but I'm sure he was afraid he wouldn't be able to get it back up straight and rolling again.

Overlays are a breeze to install. There's a dimmer so if it gets too bright, you can mess with it. Also, there's a toggle switch to go from blue to green at night.

Haha! No doubt, Rick. WTF Evo has them too and it's he who I copied LOL. Anyway, you can get them from Ebay, but during the last SoCalEvo meet at SC Mitsu, the guy who makes them actually parked next to me! Talk about coincidence. These are definitey much easier to see than the stock ones.

My cam doesn't have a mic, so if you want to record sound as well, you will need to get a cam with a built in microphone. They sell them too. (I just ordered mine!)
