lately though dude they have been out in force more than i've seen in a long time i rarely see less that 3 cops now when i go through mulholland and kanan

It was announced on the 1st day of summer ... So yeah they could be out in "force" Depends what time you go I would think .. I took a non-chalant drive yesterday @ 4pm and didnt see a single c0pper ... I'm pretty sure they'd be out in full force on the weekend ...
