ok so i have the IX ssl and i wanted to install my own sub amp and deck.

so.. what i did was disconnect my stock sub, stock amp (under the seat) and my headunit. but i left all the wires, basically i just unplugged everything.

now. i ran all the lines for my new amp and sub. i color matched all the wires for the head unit.

my problem the deck turns on and everything functions. except theres no sound.... ANYWHERE not even static. anyone know what the problem could be???

all i can say is that if you think the head unit is plugged up right.. u may want to re install your stock amp... to just let youself know the head unit is corretly installed....Â* your at a point where you should back track one to two things.. right now.. just do the amp back to the stock amp.. and see if that is your issue... cause if it still dont work.. then your head unit may not be hooked up correctly... (and i hope you used a crutchfield harness so that it works better and is easy to take out later down the road.....)

just a little help....
